How It Works

THE PROCESS IS EASY!

1. Contact us via email, or the form at the bottom of the home page. We will reach out to confirm details and availability within 24 hours. Need to cancel? Receive a full refund up to 72 hours before the delivery time.

2. Place your order giving us as much detail as you can, so we can cater to your vision! We strive to support local small businesses and to source the freshest local ingredients, selections may vary depending on availability, please give us 48 hours of advanced notice for orders.

3. Receive your order on the specified date and time, with complimentary delivery within 15 miles of downtown Sacramento or Truckee! $1.10 per mile thereafter.

4. Return serving ware. Please note a $50 refundable deposit will be added to the total cost for accompanying serving ware. Upon your event conclusion, no need to clean! If you opted for a USPS return, place serving ware items into the prepaid box and drop it off at your local USPS location, within 3 business days of event conclusion. If you opted for a serving ware pickup, have the items ready at the designated place and time. The deposit will be refunded to the original payment method within 7 business days. Boxes come with disposable serving ware and place settings, so no need to return!

5. Love our beautiful serving ware? Choose to keep them for just the cost of your deposit. If you ordered a picnic box, there’s nothing further to do!

THINGS TO KNOW

  • Many of our menu items can be adjusted to fit within most budgets. Contact us for further details.
  • We strive to support local small businesses and to source the freshest local ingredients, selections may vary depending on availability. Every order is unique, the overall style and item selections are dependent upon seasonal flavors, garnishes, and décor. Do you like custom as much as we do? Let’s brainstorm perfection.
  • Wondering how you’re going to set up and style your order? Ask us for our favorite tips and tricks! Or save yourself the time and effort, and for a fee, allow our specialist to set up and style it for you!
  • Add place settings to your order for $1.45 per person. it includes 1 eco wooden plate, bowl, fork, knife, and cocktail napkin per set. (Picnic Boxes already come with place settings.)
  • Many of our products contain peanuts, tree nuts, soy, milk, eggs, and wheat. While we take steps to minimize the risk of cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee that any of our products are safe to consume for people with serious peanut, tree nut, soy, milk, egg, or wheat allergies. We’re able to accommodate most dietary restrictions and allergens upon request.
